Venture partner Tanveer Kathawalla joins Logically

Logically today announced that Tanveer Kathawalla, venture partner at NextGen and founding partner at Pioneer1890, has joined Logically as Vice President & General Manager to lead and manage Logically’s business and corporate development in the Americas. 

Kathawalla will help drive forward Logically’s work with governments and public sector organizations, and private companies and platforms to help combat misinformation and disinformation at scale. Having worked with Logically since July 2020 as a strategic advisor, Kathawalla now joins the company full-time.

Kathawalla is an experienced venture-backed executive and investor in the national security space, most recently having been a venture partner at early-stage generalist VC firm NextGen and a founding partner at Pioneer1890. Prior to this, he was part of the founding team and the COO & CFO of an MIT & Fidelity backed communications satellite company called Hedron (formerly Analytical Space). 

This is the latest US hire for Logically, following the recent appointment of former senior DHS official, Brian Murphy, as Vice President of Strategic Operations. Together, Kathawalla and Murphy bring a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors to lead and expand Logically in the Americas as the company continues to accelerate growth in the region.
