Two cops came to the spot when the boy was attending the customers and was brutally abused. In the video, the boy was crying with pain and showed his swollen hands. Shailesh Pandey, Bareilly SSP said that the incident seems to be an accident as the police were trying to prevent people from breaking social distancing norms.
