Hindus were turned away by ration distributors in the constituency of Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan.

Ration being denied to Hindus cannot be verified as the incident has not been reported by any reliable media organisation.

Ration being denied to Hindus cannot be verified as the incident has not been reported by any reliable media organisation. Several videos surfaced online accusing Amanatullah Khan, an Aam Aadmi Party MLA, of not supplying ration to the people belonging to one particular religion in Delhi’s Sarita Vihar, in the Okhla constituency. Dainik Baskar, who claims to have conducted a ground report in the Okhla constituency regarding ration distribution, stated that local people are discriminated against because of their religion, and MLA Amanatullah Khan was criticized for distributing rations only to certain sections of people.

However, the claim cannot be verified as no credible news organization has reported on this incidence. Organizations such as Swarajya and OpIndia which have reported on this incident are known biased sources and have a history of making misleading claims supporting right-wing causes. Media Bias/Fact Check, a website that rates factual accuracy and political bias in news media, calls Swarajya a 'questionable source' and has listed seven instances where they incorrectly checked claims. Further, an article published by Newslaundry calls OpIndia 'Hindu nationalist camp’s favorite' for spreading fake news.
