A video of Mexican Ambassador Ricardo Valero shoplifting uploaded onYoutube and a tweet by Roberto Velasco Alvarez confirms the claim. According to a youtube video uploaded by Melinio, the Mexican Ambassador, Ricardo Valero was shoplifting a book in a Buenos Aires shop which got captured on a CCTV camera. The spokesman of the Mexican Secretariat of Foreign Affairs, Roberto Velasco Alvarez in a tweet stated that Mexico’s Foreign Relations Secretary has accepted Ricardo Valero's resignation. A medical report of Valero's health was also attached to the tweet. A news report by the Associated Press states that the officials confirmed that Ambassador Valero had resigned for health reasons, as he suffered behavioural changes due to a brain tumour.
