Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope confirmed 8,381 COVID -19 patients who have recovered were discharged on 29 May 2020.The Maharashtra Directorate General of Information and Public Relations (DGIPR) reported that 26,997 patients had been discharged so far, with 8381 patients cured and discharged on 29 May 2020. Among them, 7358 patients were from the Mumbai Municipal Corporation area. The figures were confirmed by Maharashtra Minister of Public Health and Family Welfare Rajesh Tope.
