News18 article on 12 April 2020, stated that a woman in Telangana named Razia Begum rode over three days to bring home her son who was stuck in Andhra Pradesh after the government suspended transportation and imposed nationwide lockdown to control the spread of the coronavirus. Razia Begum started her journey on 12 April on her scooter after getting permission from the local police to travel.
