Moderation rules and an exclusive interview of an unnamed source of Tiktok revealed by the digital rights news site Netzpolitik affirms the claim.In an exclusive interview by Netzpolitik, a source who is familiar with the moderation structures and policy at the Tiktok company claims that the firm's moderators are instructed to limit the viewership of affected users'(differently-abled ) videos to the country where they were uploaded. Besides, an extract of the document (screenshot of the TikTok rules for Cyberbullying: Autism, Down Syndrom ) cited by Netzpolitik also confirms that the rules of moderation followed by the company were purposefully dealt with disabled users.

According to BBC News, a spokesperson of Tiktok confirmed that the company was preventing the differently-abled user's videos from going viral as a measure to stop cyberbullying and admitted it went wrong.
