This claim cannot be accurately verified because no other credible news organization reported on this other than CG 24. CG 24 News is the only news organization that reported that an electric pole had broken and fallen on the ground due to rain in the village Toynar in Bijapur, Chhattisgarh. The residents had informed the local electricity department about the situation, but the department was indifferent towards the incident. Subsequently, the residents erected the electric pole upright and put it in the place of the broken pole due to the department's lack of action. But, no other news outlet, local or otherwise, covered this incident, and hence we cannot accurately verify the claim.
