A youtube video uploaded by Sutan Sikumbang confirms that the video of man scaring off people is from 2019 and is not related to coronavirus lockdown.A video of a person scaring bikers on the road is being shared on social media that this was an innovative way to make people stay indoors in Goa during the lockdown imposed due to the coronavirus.

The viral video on social media was first uploaded by the YouTube vlogger named Sutan Sikumbang on 11 May 2019, the place where the incident took place in Indonesia. (Vlogger's reply to a comment by a user confirms the place)

Berita Viral & Komedi Terkini also post the same video on 14 May 2019 through a Facebook post.

Hence, the viral video is one year old and is nothing to do with COVID-19 outbreak in Goa, India. In fact, the video was shot in Indonesia.
