The West Bengal government led by Mamata Banerjee has announced an extension of COVID-19 lockdown in the state till 30 June.Amid COVID-19 pandemic, the West Bengal government has decided to extend the lockdown in the state till 30 June 2020. Further, the State Cabinet also has decided to allow relaxation of a maximum of 25 persons to enter the places of worship at a time, including marriage ceremonies and funerals. Also, it is reiterated that the movement of individuals would remain prohibited between 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
