Three women came to help the injured woman, as seen in the CCTV footage, but whether they were all bank employees cannot be verified.A woman named Beena Jiju Paul accidentally hit the glass door on her way out of the Bank of Baroda branch at Perumbavoor in Ernakulam, Kerala, on 15 June 2020. The glass door broke on impact, and the glass pieces wounded her abdomen, and later she succumbed to her injuries.

According to the bank's CCTV footage, three women and a few men rushed to Beena's assistance. However, not many news organisations reported or confirmed whether all three women were bank employees. NDTV is the only source confirming this claim.
