Hema Malini, Dharmendra, and Amitabh Bachchan all made cameo appearances in the film "Choti Si Baat," however, not Rajesh Khanna.
The Hindu Business Line reports Chatterjee's film is a remake of School for Scoundrels, the 1960 British comedy, in which the chase is more about modern life's status games. But the Hindi film is well-suited to its Indian setting. Instead of merely table tennis, both chess and table tennis are included in Choti Si Baat. Certain aspects of office life, such as people listening to a sporting event on the radio and women shushing a scared hero, are precisely translated from Britain in 1960 to Bombay in 1975, says Business Line.
Dharmendra and Hema Malini make brief appearances in the film for the song "Jaaneman, jaaneman," while Amitabh Bachchan dresses up in his Zameer costume in another scene. Rajesh Khanna, on the other hand, does not appear in the film.
