The report quoted multiple intelligence sources saying that China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology provided training on manipulating pathogens and bio-informatics to Pakistani scientists to develop its virus collection database.

Pakistan Foreign Office described the article as a politically motivated and fake story and said they composed it by misinterpreting facts and quoted anonymous sources.
