Facebook post of the Central Police Department, Louisiana confirms that they issued a warrant for the arrest of pastor Mark Anthony Spell on 20 April.The Louisiana Central Police Department said that the Police chief Roger Corcoranin had issued an arrest warrant against Pastor of Life Tabernacle Church for aggravated assault based on video evidence of an incident that occurred on 19 April 2020. The police chief in a presser said they had also issued warrants against the pastor in the two other cases as well. He clarified that the warrant was issued for trying to hit the protestor who was rightfully protesting holding the sign.
