The claim was shared by multiple social media accounts.

The UN has stated that the boundaries and names shown and the designations used on the map do not imply official endorsement or acceptance by the UN. Also, no legislative decisions have been passed recently that accords Jammu and Kashmir with the status of a separate nation. Hence, the claim is false.
