Sending forwarded Good Morning wishes on WhatsApp can lead to theft of data.

The reports claiming that forwarding good morning messages on WhatsApp can lead to theft of data from the phone is false and baseless.

There are no official reports or announcements regarding the viral message that claims that sending good morning messages on WhatsApp will lead to theft of personal data. The fake warning states that Chinese hackers have embedded the phishing codes within the pictures and movies that are used in greeting messages. However, the similar warning messages were circulated in 2017 and as well as in 2018 in Kuala Lumpur, which was later found to be fake.
