A vaccine for the 2019 coronavirus is ready.

Currently, no approved vaccines exist to prevent the infection caused by the 2019 coronavirus.The U.S. National Institutes of Health says that researchers and institutions around the world are trying to develop a vaccine for the coronavirus. Currently, there are more than 20 vaccines in development. It adds that most vaccines are at the animal research stage and it is expected to get the results of human trials later in the year. Only one vaccine in Seattle, U.S. has started human trials funded by the National Institutes of Health. Trials of new coronavirus vaccine among 6 projects are to receive a share of £20 million by the UK government investment.
