Kylie Jenner refused to pay Bangladeshi workers during the pandemic.

The Jenner sisters' brand is not part of Global Brands Group, which is accused of refusing to pay clothing line workers amid the pandemic.

On June 1, 2020, the famous Instagram account Diet Prada and ethical fashion website ReMake claimed that the fashion company Global Brands Group (GBG) wasn't paying its workers in Bangladesh due to the decrease in clothing sales. Kylie and Kendall Jenner's brand 'KENDALL + KYLIE' fashion was listed as on the brands that fall under GBG's brands. Several media outlets carried this story and included Kylie and Kendall's brand. In response, on July 3, the KENDALL + KYLIE team posted on their official Instagram account, saying that it is not owned by GBG but rather by 3072541 Canada Inc. They further said that they have been supporting all of its employees around the world amid the pandemic. They also clarified that that their brand ‘has worked with GBG in the past, in a sales and business development capacity only’ and that they ‘do not currently have any relationship at all with GBG.'
