Ohio is hosting the first 2020 Presidential debate.

The first 2020 U.S. Presidential debate will be held in Cleveland, Ohio, on September 29, 2020.

The first U.S. presidential debate between Donald Trump and Democratic challenger Joe Biden will be co-hosted by Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland Clinic to be held at the Health Education Campus (HEC) in Cleveland, Ohio. The partnership stepped in after the University of Notre Dame in Indiana had withdrawn to organize because of concerns over coronavirus precautions. There will be three debates in all before the scheduled vote on November 3, 2020.
