Las Vegas mayor Carolyn Goodman on an interview with Anderson Cooper on CNN said that she wanted all the business to reopen including casinos, restaurant, stadiums and small businesses, as Americans have witnessed viruses that have been here for years. Further, she elucidated that she does not have any authority to reopen the casinos or any other businesses as the decision can only be taken by the Governor of the state.
