An Iraqi medical drug production company announces the discovery of an anti-coronavirus treatment.

The Pioneer Pharmaceutical company director issued an audio statement which clarifies that anti-coronavirus treatment was not a discovery.

Aljazeera exclusively reported that the company's head of marketing, Ahmed Yusuf, said the company's initial statement had been misunderstood, highlighting that Pioneer never claimed to have found a treatment for the virus, nor had it even attempted to do so. He also said that their company did not discover a treatment for the virus.

According to a Facebook post, the Pioneer Pharmaceutical company director's audio while quoting the debate about the company's discovery of a treatment for Coronavirus and added that the anti-coronavirus treatment was not a discovery.
