PM Modi's family members have denied that their father died of heart attack and dismissed the claim.

A social media post claimed that PM Modi's father Mulchand Modi was unable to cope with his son's actions of stealing and hence suffered a cardiac arrest.

Alt News media has debunked the story by contacting Modi's family to verify the claims made in the post. It has quoted Modi's family members saying that their father died of bone cancer and not cardiac arrest. Further, the image suggests ingenuity as Modi was not a teenager at the time of his father's death. It has concluded that the claim is baseless and false
