Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, face masks have been mandatory, emerging in different kinds from the blue surgical masks to the more ethnic printed fabric masks. Even white cotton masks with the Indian flag's tricolor piping, have undergone the makeover. It was sold ahead of Independence Day on August 15 at several shops. It became common among products like hand sanitizers, disinfectants, and other protective gear. The COVID-19 pandemic has given rise to a lot of potentially dangerous misinformation.
