The Ferrari ownership rules put forth by Ferrari states that only clients are allowed to buy a new Ferrari car.

Ferrari has ensured that its culture and cars stay true to the company brand by setting up Ownership rules. The 2nd rule states that employees face strict rules about buying the cars they build, and the only exception is for Scuderia Ferrari F1 drivers who don’t even get an employee discount.
