Narendra Modi has never lost an election.

The information on the PMO website states that Prime Minister Narendra Modi served as Chief Minister of Gujarat with his term spanning from October 2001 to May 2014. He also won the subsequent parliamentary elections in 2014 and 2019.

His biography published by the 'Election' website shows that he never lost an election as a candidate. He contested in the assembly elections for the first time in 2001 and he got elected three more times into the Gujarat Legislative Assembly - 2002, 2007, 2012. He had contested in the parliamentary elections in 2014 and 2019 and he won both the elections.
