A dominion worker is suing the Trump campaign and the conservative media.

Dr. Eric Coomer, the Vice President of Dominion Voting Systems, has filed a defamation lawsuit against Trump and his lawyers, and Newsmax Media. The lawsuit filed by Dr. Eric Coomer includes the names of the Trump campaign, lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, conservative columnist Michelle Malkin, Eric Metaxas, Chanel Rion, Herring Networks, Inc, the website Gateway Pundit, Colorado conservative activist Joseph Oltmann, FEC United, Shuffling Madness Media, Inc and conservative media Newsmax and One America News Network.

The complaint was filed on Dec 22, 2020, in the 2nd Judicial District Court in Denver County, Colorado, by the law firm Cain and Skarnulis PLLC, representing Coomer. The lawsuit states that Eric Coomer has filed a complaint to unwind the damage done to him, his family, and his reputation, which is caused by false public statements claiming that dominion voting machines rigged the 2020 presidential election. The lawsuit also states that there has been no evidence that the election was rigged. Moreover, it also states that Coomer has had death threats, constant harassment, and is seeking restitution.
