A tweet posted by Trust Research Advisory proves the claim that according to the survey report Kolkata scored 86 percent in the awareness front.TRA research, a national research firm, conducted a survey from April 16 to 22, 2020, across 16 cities under the title 'TRA's Coronavirus Consumer Insights 2020' and this survey was based on perceptions, attitudes, worries, fears, and expectations of the people who were self quarantined in their house for nearly a month. The survey report showed that Kolkata, with 86 percent in the awareness front, had scored much better than other metro cities, including Mumbai and Hyderabad.

Firhad Hakim, Mayor of Kolkata, Minister in Charge of Urban Development and Municipal Affairs, had also posted the article clipping by The Times of India on his Twitter and went on to say that Kolkata has made all of us proud by bagging the best city in lockdown implementation and awareness, according to the survey report given by TRA.
