There is insufficient evidence publicly available to verify the claim at the current time. The Japan Times states that the central bank of Japan has decided to provide a new loan program to extend one-year, zero-rate loans to financial institutions to boost lending to the firms hit by the COVID 19 outbreak. It also reported that Bank of Japan along with other central banks said they would take coordinated action to enhance the provision of U.S. dollar liquidity. It has not mentioned any loans offered by the bank in the eurozone.

The British Business Bank said that Big Four banks have agreed that they would offer loans of £ 250,000 without taking any personal guarantees as security.

The Reuters on 29 March reported that the Swiss government had signed off on a 20-billion-Swiss-franc ($21 billion) emergency loan scheme to support the companies and save the jobs in the COVID 19 crises.

The Bank of Japan has taken some action but the figured do not match. The United Kingdom data is on the secondary source and there is no information provided for the loans given by the eurozone countries.
