PragerU has filed two lawsuits against tech giant Google and its subsidiary YouTube for restricting access to over 200 of its videos.

The U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a district court ruling dismissing PragerU’s federal case against Google/YouTube. While considering its next steps in the federal case, PragerU continues to fight for free speech online for all Americans via its parallel lawsuit in California State Court.
