Bihar Director General of Police Gupteshwar Pandey reported that ₹50 crores were withdrawn from the Sushant's account, and Rs ₹15 crores were withdrawn last year alone. He also accused the Mumbai police of not investigating the financial angle in death. Statements by the DGP proves that the Bihar Police have gathered key evidence in connection with the case. Further on August 03, 2020, Enforcement Directorate has seized the WhatsApp chats of Sushant and Ankita Lokhande as the investigation into his death continues.
