From March 27, the Wales government removed restrictions on traveling within Wales, but with all safety measures to be followed as per guidelines.
Although the rules are with the safety measures in consideration, wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, washing hands regularly, and the following hygiene activities, limit the number of people meeting publicly (a maximum of 6 people from 2 households can meet outdoors including, in private gardens).
Although the traveling restriction from in and out of Wales pertains, it is expected to be reviewed, on April 12. Traveling outside Wales is only with a reasonable excuse.
There are some points of relaxation seen in Scotland and Northern Ireland under tourism and travel rules. Although, restrictions and rules persist.
Wales is the only country in the UK to allow traveling within the border of Wales without restrictions. The outside traveling from Wales will be reviewed on April 12, after reviewing the different parts of the country in the UK.
