Rogen explained that he saw Kanye West in the lobby of a hotel in New York, and the rapper invited him for a special performance of the songs meant for his new album Swish. He then plugged into his laptop and went through the entire album consisting of 17 tracks. He said Kanye did not have the lyrics but only beats, and he rapped all the songs for about two hours.

Rogen expressed the awkwardness of sitting face-to-face with Kanye West as he kept on rapping his music.
