Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has said that the decision would be based on other countries' situations regarding the COVID-19 lockdown.According to the Indian civil aviation minister, India will restart international flights only once its domestic traffic reaches 50-60% of pre-Covid-19 levels, and that other countries loosen travel restrictions. India resumed domestic flights on 25 May, after a two-month suspension, when India entered into its first coronavirus lockdown. International passenger flights remain banned. Based on the current lockdown guidelines, international travel restrictions would be revisited after 30 June 2020.
