The final electoral count for the 2020 election: Biden 306, Trump 232.

After Joe Biden won Georgia and Trump won North Carolina, the final electoral count stood at 306 for Biden and 232 for Trump.

After Joe Biden won Georgia and Trump won North Carolina, the final electoral count stood at 306 for Biden and 232 for Trump. Media organizations projected the final tally for the presidential race as 306 electoral votes for President-elect Joe Biden, and 232 votes for President Trump. This was called after organizations projected Biden will win Georgia's 16 electoral votes, and Trump will win North Carolina's 15, the last two states to be called.

Back in 2016, Trump won states with 306 electoral votes and Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton won 232. Trump repeatedly characterized his 306 votes as a "landslide."
