The head of the largest police union in the U.S. has endorsed President Donald Trump for reelection. As Trump trails Biden by almost 7% in the latest polling, The National Fraternal Order of Police, America's oldest and largest law enforcement labor organization representing over 355,000 members, has decided to endorse Trump as the presidential candidate publicly. In every election cycle, the FOP follows a process of polling the members as they pay close attention to which presidential campaign highlights the issues related to their union. The Union President Patrick Yoes said that the support for Trump is overwhelming and unanimous by the members as Trump's policies align with theirs. He noted that some might even support Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden at the local level, but the majority of them sided with Trump. The FOP had also endorsed Trump in the 2016 election.
Law Enforcement Today, a police owned media company, also announced its first-ever endorsement of Donald J. Trump for President. It consists of 800,000 men and women who serve on the front lines in our law enforcement community and their supporters.
