Trump: We made the ventilators.

The Department of Health and Human Services awarded contracts to seven companies to make about 200,000 ventilators. In September, Ford, General Electric, General Motors, Hillstrom, Philips, and ResMed confirmed they had completed the delivery of ventilators. The Washington Post reported on Aug 20 that the Department of Health and Human Services had acknowledged there is a surplus of ventilators in the US.
