He further said he would get all the information out as early as possible so the American people can see before the 2020 elections.

The statements were made a day after Trump had expressed his displeasure against Pompeo for not releasing the emails deleted from Clinton's private server, which she has said were personal and private. However, an FBI investigation released in October 2019 found no persuasive evidence of classified information's widespread mishandling. Clinton had come under the scanner for a lawsuit related to her use of a private email server for involving official business while working as secretary of State under President Barack Obama.
