More than 36 per cent of registered companies have been closed down in India.

The Monthly Information Bulletin report released by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) confirms the closure of companies in India.According to the MCA, the total number of companies registered in India as on 30 June 2019 was 1,904,449 of which 6,85,426 companies were closed (35.66 per cent).
