Unfortunately, It is not possible for us to verify the statement because it is based on speculation.Articles by The Guardian, Al Jazeera, ad KBS World Radio state that Kim Yo-jong, sister of Kim Jong-un would have the chance to become the ruler of North Korea after the latter. Yo-jong had represented Kim at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea, and has also played key roles in the North Korean administration under Kim Jong-Un. Media has speculated that Kim Jong-un has health issues after his heart surgery and may not take over the reins of the country again. But there are no official reports of his health condition made available by the North Korean administration and they have remained tight-lipped over the matter.

The statement cannot be verified because it is speculation and there is no credible evidence available to prove whether Kim Jong-un has health issues, or whether Kim Yo-jong would be the next leader of North Korea.
