Goa Chief Minister, Pramod Sawant has been tested positive for COVID-19 infection and has stated to be asymptomatic.CM Pramod Sawant, through a tweet on September 2,​ 2020, stated that he has tested positive for COVID-19 infection and is at home isolation since he was tested asymptomatic.

He has urged to continue his duties from home and has advised others to take necessary precautions who have come in contact with him following these days.
