Ice Cube's Contract With Black America (CWBA) was partly implemented into Trump's Black Economic Platinum Plan.In July 2020, rapper and actor Ice Cube published A Contract With Black America (CWBA), a document that he has called "a blueprint to achieve racist economic justice" that is "designed to start the hard conversations". This document features sections about financial reform, public policy reform and entertainment industry reform.

In a tweet dated October 14, Ice Cube wrote that both Democrats and Republicans approached him about the CWBA, but only the Trump administration implemented aspects of it. Katrina Pearson—a senior adviser for the Trump administration—has confirmed in a tweet that Ice Cube worked with Trump on the administration's Black Economic Platinum Plan.
