According to the Library of Congress, Michele Bachmann represented the 6th congressional district from Minnesota.

The general election results available on the official Minnesota Secretary of State's website confirm Klobuchar's statement. Klobuchar’s political party, the Democratic-Farmer-Labor party, has won in the state senate elections held in 2006 and 2012 for the 6th congressional district which was represented by Michele Bachmann, a Republican. Klobuchar also won the senate election in 2018.
