The World Health Organisation has also recommended yoga as a means to reduce stress and anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic. The United Nations has also uploaded yoga modules for UN personnel under the section 'Wellbeing tips for UN Personnel' on its official website. The module has been developed by India's Permanent Mission to the UN to mark this year's International Yoga Day.
