It is a “super PAC” that has been aiming to prevent the re-election of President Donald Trump. In the 2020 Presidential Election, the Lincoln Project endorsed the Democratic candidate Joe Biden. Over the past few months, the Lincoln Project launched a campaign against Trump on social media, with its videos garnering millions of views. The Lincoln Project has produced many anti-Trump and pro-Biden television ads and criticized Trump's record on race, foreign policy, and the handling of the coronavirus pandemic in the U.S.

War criminals are people who commit war crimes. These crimes can include the killing hostages, the plunder of property and other acts of inhumane treatment.

Absolutely none of the people involved in the Lincoln Project are war criminals. George Conway is an attorney; Steve Schmidt managed John McCain's 2008 presidential campaign; John Weaver oversaw McCain's presidential campaign; and Rick Wilson is a media consultant. None of the above prominent committee members or anyone else in the Lincoln Project have any history of war crime charges, meaning that this claim is false.
