Rahul uploaded a video in which people are claiming the same. However, after the video was scrutinized, turns out several people who spoke in the video were Congress workers, leaders, and some of them were non-residents of Ladakh. The people who had spoken in the video about border disputes are Namgyal Durbuk, an ex-Congress Councillor, Sachin Mirupa, the General Secretary of NSUI from Himachal Pradesh, Tundup Nubu, General Secretary of District Youth Congress in Leh and Dorjay Gyaltsen, the president of Leh District Youth Congress.
