Robert Fuller's alleged suicide under review by FBI, his half brother Terron Jammal Boone fatally shot by police according to family attorney HicksRobert Fuller, black man, found hanging from a tree in Palmdale, California on June 10th shortly after another black man Malcom Harsch was also found hanging from a tree in Victorville, California on May 31st - some 50 miles away from each other. The LA county medical examiner labelled Fuller's death a suicide pending a complete autopsy. However, the office deferred the decision on building community pressure for a thorough investigation. His death is now under review by the FBI to determine any "violations of federal law." Shortly after this, Fuller's half brother Terron Boone was shot fatally by LA county sheriff's deputies according to attorney Jamon R. Hicks. In a press release, the LA Sheriff's department alleged that their detectives were searching for a "kidnap domestic assault suspect" when they identified a "male matching the suspect's description in a vehicle". They trailed the vehicle and attempted a "traffic stop" when the man allegedly opened fire. The suspect was shot multiple times in the upper torso and pronounced dead at the scene, the female driver of the vehicle was treated at a local hospital for sustaining injury in the gun-fire. A 7-year-old female passenger in the car was not injured, and neither were any deputies according to the department. However, the LASD did not confirm the identity of the suspect/victim when asked if it was Boone, claiming that it was still "pending identification with the coroner". There are also no law enforcement videos available of the shooting, the LA Times reported. However, investigators are trying to locate other surveillance footage from the area. Court records show Boone had been charged Tuesday in Los Angeles county superior court with assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, domestic violence, and criminal threats, though it is unclear if these were the charges the LASD were referring to in reference to the pursuit precipitating the shooting.
