Many of those sites were dormant, but the site’s registration records pointed to an individual living in Florida.

NBC News analysis had found that all the websites and Facebook groups were created in the last 2 weeks and across the pages, admin rules forbid Change.org petitions. The Dorrs' pages, followed a particularly uniform naming system, registered with the same private registrar, and used similar language in their descriptions.

The Reddit post which collected information about anti lockdown websites mentioned that there appear to be two campaigns, but there wasn't any real data to support that the same individual or group were maintaining the websites.
