The phase three testing of the COVID-19 vaccine being developed by Oxford University was put on hold in UK after a person experienced an adverse reaction. It has now received confirmation from an independent committee that it was safe to resume the trials. However, it is not known whether trials of the vaccine in other parts of the world will also resume.
