The report published by Deccan Chronicle news article mentions Dr Avinash Jadhav won the Chincholi Assembly by-polls in 2019 with a margin of 8,030 votes by representing Bharatiya Janata Party. The ECI 2019 - Karnataka Result Status shows Jadhav had won from Chincholi constituency, further making BJP get 105 seats across Karnataka.
