A video has gone viral on social media in which COVID-19 patients at Jalandhar civil hospital were enjoying a Punjabi song.The Times of India and Deccan Herald reported that a video of twelve COVID-19 patients enjoying Punjabi music that played on a television in their isolation ward was being circulated in social media. It added that the video shows that all the patients were sitting on their bed by wearing masks, clapping and raising hands in accordance with the music.

According to the senior medical officer of Jalandhar civil hospital Kashmiri Lal, all the patients maintained the social distancing while enjoying the songs. He added that the COVID-19 patients were regularly counselled.
